As an artist working within the time-based medium of video, I am interested in deconstructing how we think about video. Often, we are looking at a video that is a realistic representation of something in the world. This illusion is seen through a "window" - a window that might be a computer monitor, a phone's edges, or even a window within the window of a browser. What if we take a deeper look at video and tease apart some of the formats and expectations around viewing?
